Pole Fitness

From beginner to advanced, our pole classes cover two focuses: pole fitness (combos, shapes, tricks) to develop strength and technique, and artistic pole (choreography, fluidity, expression) to explore creativity. New: Curvy Queen class, an inclusive and welcoming space. An introductory class is required before joining regular classes.
