Question 1

I want to come to all your classes — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

WE GOT YOU AND UNDERSTAND YOU! That's why we offer a monthly pass and memberships of 3, 6, or 12 months that give you access to multiple classes across all categories at a reduced price. You can also drop in or sign up for a session. Write to us to chat about it!

Question 2

I'm not sure which level to take — what's the difference between the beginner and intermediate levels?

Accepted Answer

We recommend reading the class descriptions on the Mindbody app or on our website. You can always ask your instructor during class if you're ready to move up, or send us a message. Everyone progresses differently — there's no set number of classes required as a prerequisite. You can repeat beginner-level classes multiple times: each one will be different and adapted to the group.

Question 3

How much time do I have to cancel or reschedule a class?

Accepted Answer

You have up to 24 hours before your reservation time. After that, the class will be forfeited.

Question 4

How many people are in each class?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the class type, but our classes are always intimate and women-only. For pole and aerial classes, we have a limit of 6 people — allowing for truly personalized attention. You may share equipment, but this gives you time to rest and learn by watching others. It encourages human connection and a supportive environment where everyone cheers each other on. For dance, pilates, and yoga classes, groups stay small with a capacity of around 12 people.

Question 5

Are your classes only for women?

Accepted Answer

In order to honour our mission of providing a safe space for women, our group classes are reserved for them. We do occasionally accept men depending on the context. Feel free to contact us if you'd like to book a private class or to ask whether attending a group class is possible.

Question 6

How do I get there by public transit?

Accepted Answer

A bus stop is located directly in front of the studio, served by lines 800, 801, 805, 28, 8, 65, 86, and 3. An À Vélo bike station is also nearby.

Question 7

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Free parking is available on Côte-d'Abraham starting at 5:30 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. Otherwise, parking is free for 60 minutes on surrounding streets on weekday days, and unlimited on evenings and weekends. Be sure to check the signs.

Question 8

What should I bring and wear to my first class?

Accepted Answer

We'll send you a reminder email with all the details when you book. Here are the essentials: Pole fitness — rubbing alcohol + small microfibre towel, water bottle, shorts and a sports cami/top. Yoga or pilates — your yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing. Twerk or heels — knee pads (optional but recommended for some classes), heels (heels class) or sneakers (twerk), water bottle, comfortable clothing. Hoop, hammock, or aerial silk — water bottle, leggings and form-fitting clothing.

Question 9

How do I make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Rental section. You must first purchase a solo access or a full studio rental, then select your time slot in the calendar based on available times.

Question 10

Will I be alone?

Accepted Answer

All open practice sessions are unsupervised — that's why we have you sign a waiver when you book. If you choose a solo access, there may be another person present at the same time. If you want the studio all to yourself or for a group, opt for a full studio rental.

Question 11

Can I bring someone with me?

Accepted Answer

If that person is practicing with you, you must book a full studio rental for the number of people in your group. If it's a child or partner who is just watching, we still ask that you book the full studio, but you only need to pay for one person. Our studio is under video surveillance. Please respect the number of people you reserved for.

Question 12

What equipment is available?

Accepted Answer

The studio is equipped with: 2 ten-foot poles (one stainless steel, one white powdercoat), safety mats, 2 hoops, 4 silks, yoga blocks and mats, pilates ball, Bluetooth sound system, and mood lighting with your choice of colour.

Question 13

How much time do I have to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

You have up to 24 hours before your reservation time. After that, it will be forfeited.

Question 14

Do you offer memberships?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer excellent value with memberships of 3, 6, or 12 months.

Question 15

How do I unlock the studio door?

Accepted Answer

Our studio has a smart lock. When you book, a unique code is generated for your time slot and sent to you by email. When you arrive, enter your code on the white keypad to the left of the door and the studio will open for you. Enjoy your practice!
